Payment is due in advance of phone/video consultations upon booking your appointment: All major credit cards, Venmo and HSA accepted. Virtual visits may be covered by Lactation Network depending on your plan.

Phone and Video Consults

This is great for questions or concerns that may not require an in-home visit such as:

1. In depth hands on breastfeeding assistance is not needed. A virtual consult works well for basic latching education and troubleshooting.


2. General questions about breastfeeding or common breastfeeding hurdles throughout your journey. 


3. To ease your mind and/or clarify when you are getting conflicting advice.

4. To assist with back to work questions, bottle feeding, pumping, nipple pain/healing, plugged ducts and more.

Using a secure network, we will be able to discuss breastfeeding issues and to visually see what is going on during a breastfeeding session if you desire. Over the phone we will be able to assess what the mother/baby dyad is experiencing and offer support and suggestions. 

The Mama Mantra uses a HIPAA-Compliant videoconferencing service, not Skype. Your privacy is important to us.

*Phone/video consults include 1 week of follow up communication via phone and/or email.
